Before Surgery
Pre-habilitation
Prehabilitation (prehab) before joint surgery helps build strength, improve flexibility, and optimize mobility for a smoother recovery and better surgical outcomes. A strong foundation leads to a stronger, more confident recovery—because the work you do before surgery makes all the difference after.
After Surgery
Post Surgical Home Visit
I come to your home during your first week home to provide expert guidance on movement, pain management, and recovery strategies, ensuring the best possible outcome. By addressing mobility challenges early and teaching you what to do—and what to avoid—I help set the foundation for a smoother, more effective rehabilitation process.
